Performance Jiu-Jitsu opened in 1998, and we are one of the first Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training facilities located in New Jersey. Our team offers Jiu-Jitsu classes for children as well as adults.
Youth martial arts classes are for children ages 5-13. We teach your kids a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts with our classes and encouraging environment. We also offer a few basic self-defense moves. We expect your children to fall in love with our classes and their self-confidence and self-respect to soar.
Adult classes are offered for any skill level. We love teaching you new moves and seeing those with more advanced skills participating in our Jiu-Jitsu classes. Training in BJJ lessons is a great workout and a great way to make friends with other men and women interested in the same things as you.
Our Jiu-Jitsu classes are taught by 5th-degree black belt, master instructor, and certified educator Professor Louis Vintaloro. He has created a unique martial arts program for children as well as adults, both of whom can benefit greatly from consistent training.
